Q: How much advanced notice do I need to order my cake?
A: Please order your cake at least one month before your event. Additional time would be appreciated. The advanced notice allow for us to make the appropriate arrangements to have additional staff at hand.

Q: What is the payment plan?
A: The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost of your order when you place your order.

If you need delivery service, then the remaining balance needs to be paid the day before your event. For more information about our delivery service, visit the page on pricing: delivery.

If you or a member of your party plans to pick up the cake, then payment in full necessary at the time you pick up.
